1. The volume of lectures being too loud or soft depends on:
- the sound card in your computer,
- the volume settings,
- and whether or not you are using speakers or headphones.
2. Check your speakers to make sure that they are turned on. Check your
volume knob and make sure it is turned up. If you are using a headset,
make sure it is properly connected to your machine. Most speakers and some headsets have a separate volume control on one of the speakers/headphones.
